Parkwest Fire Protection Ltd will be present on site throughout the project. We are delighted to once again partner up with Walls Construction on this prestigious new build.
The total estimated development cost of the new building is expected to be circa €140m (inclusive of VAT) which includes land acquisition costs, development levies and construction costs, furniture fittings, IT/AV works, design team professional fees, insurance and other related costs.
Entering the main lobby, visitors will be struck by Irish limestone running the full length of the building. An exhibition space and coffee station are also included on the ground floor. Offices for senior management, including the governor of the Central Bank, are on the second floor.
The 30,000 sq m building can house 1,400 staff and contains a range of open floor office areas and meeting rooms.
