Service being Provided: Installation of Fire Barriers around Service Penetrations
Project Information: Parkwest Fire Protection have been contracted by MKN Properties to install fire barriers throughout the residential waterfront scheme on the Howth Road that comprises 68 units with 52 apartments and 16 town houses. The site has magnificent views out to Bull Island and Dublin Bay and is within walking distance of Raheny Village and St Anne’s Park. The project offers a basement car park that accommodates 79 cars with a ground level landscaped podium slab overhead. Associated site development works include all drainage designed with SUDs, new roadways, vehicular ramps, stairs and pedestrian ramps and landscaped boundary treatment works.
